This last week was a super busy one. Grace didn't have summer camp all week, so I had to find replacement sitters for the entire week. Thankfully, both my mom and mother-in-law watched her 2 days each and my sister-in-law watched her one day. It was also fair week. Grace got to spend the night one night in the camper with Grandma and her 2 cousins. On Friday when Samantha watched them she took them both to the zoo. On Saturday, Grace had a birthday party to attend at the local skating rink. She had never been on skates in her entire life. It was interesting to say the least.
By time the party was over, she was finally beginning to get the hang of it.
Shawn and I didn't go to the fair during the week, but we went most of the weekend. At the fair, we watched lots of truck and tractor pulls
which required these
We visited all kinds of animals
and rode tons of fun fair rides.
We also went to support our church youth group who performed some great songs
and a wonderful human video.
Now that the fair is over, it's back to school for all the kids. Grace starts her 2nd year of Pre-K this year. It's hard to believe that my baby girl is getting so old!
Thankfully since yesterday was Labor Day....I get a short work week. Then, this coming weekend we will be going camping with my brother and his wife. Should be a great time and the kids are super excited.
